The Port of Bosa is situated at the mouth of the river Temo, on the west coast of Sardinia, to the north and south there are the ports of Alghero and Oristano respectively.

We speak of “commercial port” to identify the maritime portion and “river port” to indicate the part of the port situated along the course of the river Temo.

On the right bank of the river Temo, about 900 m from the mouth, naturally protected and hidden by the hill of “Sa Sea”, there is the “Nuova Darsena” with floating docks with 220 berths entirely managed by Porto di Bosa S.p.A., a mixed company with Marina di Porto Rotondo as majority shareholder.
